1. Business Overview

ModHaus is a service-based automotive paint, body, and vehicle customization business. We provide professional labor and custom services performed on customer vehicles. We do not sell or ship physical retail goods through our website.

2. Services Provided

Services may include, but are not limited to:

• Automotive paint refinishing

• Body repair and preparation

• Undercoating and protective coatings

• Custom automotive finishes and modifications

All services are custom and based on the condition of the vehicle at the time of intake.

3. Orders, Fulfillment & Delivery

• Orders placed through this website are for services only

• No physical products are shipped

• Customers deliver their vehicle to ModHaus for service

• Fulfillment occurs in person when the customer picks up their completed vehicle

4. Payment & Authorization

By completing checkout, the customer authorizes ModHaus to perform the selected services.

Accepted payment methods may include credit/debit cards and Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) providers such as Klarna, Affirm, or Afterpay when available.

ModHaus is paid in full at the time of authorization. BNPL installment agreements are between the customer and the BNPL provider.

5. Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

Due to the custom and labor-intensive nature of automotive services:

• All sales are final once work has begun

• Materials (paint, coatings, primers, consumables) are non-refundable

• Cancellations must be requested before work begins

• No refunds will be issued for completed or partially completed services

Customers must contact ModHaus directly with any concerns to allow an opportunity for review or resolution.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

Customers agree to contact ModHaus directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Filing a chargeback without first contacting ModHaus may be considered a violation of these terms. Documentation of service authorization, completion, and delivery is maintained for all jobs.

7. Shipping Policy

ModHaus does not ship physical goods. All services are performed and fulfilled in person at our shop location.

8. Vehicle Condition & Service Disclaimer

Automotive refinishing and customization involves variables outside of ModHaus’s control, including prior repairs, existing damage, age, and material condition.

Results may vary, and no guarantee is made that services will correct underlying issues not disclosed at intake.

9. Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) Disclosure

If a BNPL option is used:

• ModHaus policies remain unchanged

• BNPL payments do not affect refund eligibility

• Installment obligations remain the customer’s responsibility

• Service disputes must be addressed directly with ModHaus

10. Privacy Policy

ModHaus collects customer information solely for business operations, communication, billing, and service fulfillment.

Customer information is not sold or shared except as required to process payments or comply with legal obligations.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or completing checkout, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, Policies & Disclosures.
